Joana Marie Faner
Coach Joana is a UK e-commerce bookkeeper who supports all kinds of online businesses—Amazon and Shopify brands, Etsy creators, TikTok sellers, eBay stores, and everything in between. She’s passionate about making e-commerce bookkeeping simpler, cleaner, and far less stressful, especially when it comes to Xero, VAT, clean-ups, and those dreaded multi-platform reconciliations.
Her systems were built through years of real client work, lots of trial and error, and countless “Wait, bakit ganito?” moments—so everything she teaches is practical, tested, and genuinely useful.
Outside spreadsheets, Joana is a full-time furmom to five huskies—meaning she also has an honorary degree in daily chaos management. Her days are a mix of numbers and dog fur, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Zipporah “Seph” Dela Cruz
Seph is a proud mom of three lovely girls. An Engineering undergrad, she first worked in an Architectural and Structural Firm before shifting into Web Development for a Hotel Management Company—where she spent 17 years honing her skills in the creative and tech space.
In 2019, she launched her own online business on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Her journey into bookkeeping began unexpectedly while trying to comply with new BIR rules for online sellers. When she discovered that bookkeeping could become a work-from-home career—allowing her to care for her daughter with special needs—she dove right in.
As one of the pioneer students of BookWise Growth Clinic, Seph emerged as the top student of her batch.
